Ventriloquist Voice Solutions is a leader in the field of permission-based, pre-recorded Voice Broadcasting is looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales candidate to help us grow our business. This is an entry level position for someone with less than 3 years experience.
We are currently looking to hire a full-time entry level position to help us grow our business by developing sales leads and marketing our service to B2B customers.
This individual will focus on generating sales leads primarily using email campaigns and to provide support to the Business Development team. To achieve this, the individual should have strong writing and communication skills and have some experiences developing, researching and writing sales lead material and newsletters. Experience and/or education in the use of web and email marketing technology is required. This individual will be tasked to research and write newsletters targeted to the B2B clients including specific industry verticals. They will also be required to develop contact databases via research or calling organizations to develop these databases.
Responsibilities- Working under the direction of the Senior Marketing Officer
- Developing a database of potential clients including specific individual's emails and phone numbers
- Produce and execute email campaigns and other Sales generating programs
- Support our sales/marketing initiatives and our Business Development team where necessary
- Research and write B2B newsletters to generate sales leads
- Developing case studies with sales team and clients
- Handling both inbound and outbound Sales Calls as required, including following up on the sales lead generated by the initiated campaigns
- Responsible for managing some clients
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience, knowledge, & understanding of how to use email and web marketing tools; Experience working the interactive space would be an asset including setting up links with other Information providers with the intent to generate sales leads
- A recent graduate or up to 3 years experience in marketing to B2B clients. Proficiency in use of standard computer software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and el.
- Proven writing ability as writing B2B sales materials will be a substantial part of the assignment
- Demonstrate some creative ability to develop newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Ability to research subject matter for newsletter development
- A self-starter and confident individual who is not afraid to make sales calls. The candidate will need to develop a B2B contact database by contacting companies and will be required to handle sales calls
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment would be an asset
Compensation
This is an entry level position. Compensation is competitive and will depend on the level of experience & qualifications
