Overview
Ventriloquist was mandated to test the effectiveness of voice broadcasting in improving collections rate by a national telecommunications provider in the US. Two distinct campaigns were tested. (a) The first consisted of sending a message following a pre-suspension letter, while (b) the second consisted of sending a message following a final bill notice. The campaign was to be tested for a three-month period.

Results
Ventriloquist contributed in (a) reducing the suspensions from 25% to 12% -- a reduction of 108% -- representing a huge savings and a lot of customer satisfaction since they appreciated the call rather than a loss of dial tone! In addition, (b) the final notice program created an increase of nearly 20% in final bill monies collected. Both programs were so successful that after one month of test campaigns, the tests were suspended and full campaigns were rolled out. The client now uses Ventriloquist for collection purposes on a daily basis.
